Stat. tit. 10A, § 10A-2-9-110","heading":"State Council","body":"ARTICLE IX\n\nTHE STATE COUNCIL\n\nEach member state shall create a State Council for Interstate\n\nJuvenile Supervision. While each state may determine the membership\n\nof its own state council, its membership must include at least one\n\nrepresentative from the legislative, judicial, and executive\n\nbranches of government, victims groups, and the compact\n\nadministrator, deputy compact administrator or designee. Each\n\ncompacting state retains the right to determine the qualifications\n\nof the compact administrator or deputy compact administrator.
