Stat. tit. 11, § 11-11-101","heading":"Strong-mayor-council form of government","body":"The form of government provided by Sections 11-101 through 11-\n\n125 of this title shall be known as the statutory strong-mayor-\n\ncouncil form of city government. Cities governed under the statutory\n\nstrong-mayor-council form shall have all the powers, functions,\n\nrights, privileges, franchises and immunities granted, or which may\n\nbe granted, to cities.
