Stat. tit. 11, § 11-13-106","heading":"Notice of charter election","body":"Within twenty (20) days after receipt of the proposed charter\n\nfrom the board of freeholders, the governing body shall publish the\n\nproposed charter and an announcement of the date for the charter\n\nelection in a newspaper of general circulation within the\n\nmunicipality once per week for three (3) consecutive weeks.
