Stat. tit. 11, § 11-14-105","heading":"Ordinance book - Entries","body":"\n\nEvery ordinance enacted by a municipal governing body shall be\n\nentered in an ordinance book immediately after its passage. The\n\nentry shall contain the text of the ordinance and shall state the\n\ndate of its passage, the page of the journal containing the record\n\nof the final vote on its passage, the name of the newspaper in which\n\nthe ordinance was published, and the date of the publication.\n\nCompilations or codes of municipal law or regulations need not be\n\nenrolled in full in the book of ordinances, but the ordinance\n\nadopting by reference or enacting such compilation or code shall be\n\nentered and a copy of the compilation or code shall be filed and\n\nkept in the office of the municipal clerk.","path":["OK Code","Title 11"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os11.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"147b4409498e265b82dbf314facdcbd79de7ba3e7fc4abb6aa5d74c02510d9d0","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-11-11-14-104","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-11-11-14-106"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
