Stat. tit. 11, § 11-14-110","heading":"Notice and filing of penal ordinance compilation -","body":"Judicial notice.\n\nWhen a municipality has compiled and published its permanent\n\nvolume or biennial supplement of penal ordinances, the governing\n\nbody of the municipality shall adopt a resolution notifying the\n\npublic of the publication. A copy of the resolution shall be filed\n\nin the office of the county clerk in each county in which the\n\nmunicipality is located. The county clerk shall assign the filed\n\nresolution a book and page number. At least one copy of the\n\npermanent volume and each biennial supplement shall be deposited\n\nfree of cost by the municipality in the county law library of each\n\ncounty wherein the municipality is located, and receipt of same\n\nshall be duly noted in writing by the county law librarian. A copy\n\nof the receipt may be filed with the county clerk who shall then\n\nassign a book and page number. The permanent volume or biennial\n\nsupplement of compiled penal ordinances shall be available for\n\npurchase by the public at a reasonable price. Ordinances which have\n\nbeen compiled and filed in accordance with this section shall be\n\njudicially noticed in all court proceedings.
