Stat. tit. 11, § 11-15-102","heading":"Procedure for initiative and referendum in","body":"municipalities.\n\nThe procedure in municipalities which do not provide by\n\nordinance or charter for the manner of exercising the initiative and\n\nreferendum powers shall be governed by the Oklahoma Constitution and\n\ngeneral state law, except as otherwise provided in Sections 15-101\n\nthrough 15-110 of this title. The duties required of the Governor\n\nby state law shall be performed by the mayor; the duties of the\n\nSecretary of State shall be performed by the municipal clerk; and\n\nthe duties of the Attorney General shall be performed by the\n\nattorney for the municipality.
