Stat. tit. 11, § 11-15-108","heading":"Consideration of initiative petitions by governing body","body":"- Submission to voters.\n\nWhen an initiative petition demands the enactment of an\n\nordinance or resolution, the mayor shall present the petition to the\n\nmunicipal legislative body at its next meeting.
