Stat. tit. 11, § 11-16-206","heading":"First election held in town","body":"At the first general municipal election held in the odd-numbered\n\nyear following adoption of the town board of trustees form of\n\ngovernment, the officers to be elected and their terms are as\n\nfollows:\n\n1. Four-year terms: Trustees from odd-numbered wards; and the\n\nclerk.\n\n2.
