Stat. tit. 11, § 11-16-211","heading":"First election held in strong-mayor-council city","body":"At the first general municipal election held in the odd-numbered\n\nyear following adoption of the statutory strong-mayor-council form\n\nof government, the officers to be elected and their terms are as\n\nfollows:\n\n1. Four-year terms: Councilmembers from Wards One, Two and\n\nFive (if one).\n\n2.
