Stat. tit. 11, § 11-16-313","heading":"Impossibility of determining winner - Special town","body":"meeting to fill contested office.\n\nIn the event, after a hearing is conducted pursuant to Section\n\n11 or 12 of this act, it is deemed impossible to determine who\n\nshould be announced the winner, the judge shall notify the presiding\n\nofficer of the town meeting of the same.
