Stat. tit. 11, § 11-17-103","heading":"Actions against municipality","body":"No costs may be recovered against a municipality, in any action\n\nbrought against it, for any unliquidated claim which has not been\n\npresented to the governing body for auditing, nor for claims allowed\n\nin part unless the recovery shall be for a greater sum than the\n\namount allowed with the interest due.
