Stat. tit. 11, § 11-17-105.1","heading":"Filing of audit or agreed-upon-procedures report -","body":"Form.\n\nAn auditor shall file with the State Auditor and Inspector, at\n\nthe same time a certified copy of an audit or agreed-upon-procedures\n\nreport is filed as required in Section 17-105 of this title, two\n\ncopies of a prescribed form setting forth for the fiscal year\n\naudited the funds available to the municipality and the use of those\n\nfunds. The form shall also include information relating to the duly\n\nconstituted authorities of the municipality and shall be on a form\n\napproved by the State Auditor and Inspector. Copies of said audit\n\nand the form shall be made available for public inspection by the\n\nmunicipality and the State Auditor and Inspector.
