Stat. tit. 11, § 11-17-107A","heading":"Special Investigative Unit Auditing Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the State Auditor and Inspector to be designated the \"Special\n\nInvestigative Unit Auditing Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of all monies received by the State Auditor and Inspector\n\nfrom funds withheld from a municipality's allocations of gasoline\n\ntaxes as provided in Section 17-107 of Title 11 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes and all monies received from legislative appropriations for\n\nthe purpose of conducting investigative municipal audits. All\n\nmonies accruing to the credit of such fund are hereby appropriated\n\nand may be budgeted and expended by the State Auditor and Inspector\n\nfor the purpose of offsetting expenses incurred from special\n\ninvestigative audit activities relating to municipal government.\n\nExpenditures from the fund shall be made upon warrants issued by the\n\nState Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with the\n\nDirector of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for\n\napproval and payment.","path":["OK Code","Title 11"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os11.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"96b39f73db81baf2a0c9a2c0ffefb7186eb661349b68b4616cd43d6991c17a70","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-11-11-17-107","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-11-11-17-109"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
