Stat. tit. 11, § 11-17-113","heading":"Publication of city financial statements","body":"Any municipality subject to the annual audit requirements of\n\nSection 17-105 of this title shall cause to be published, within\n\nthirty (30) days of receipt of its annual audit report, a notice of\n\navailability of the annual audited financial statements for public\n\ninspection. All publications mentioned in this section shall be\n\nmade in a newspaper of general circulation in the municipality.
