Stat. tit. 11, § 11-2-106","heading":"Incorporation procedure for municipality situated in two","body":"or more counties.\n\nIf a proposed town or city is situated in two or more counties,\n\nthe petition for incorporation may be presented to the board of\n\ncounty commissioners of any county in which any part of the proposed\n\nmunicipality is situated. The board shall act upon the petition in\n\nthe same manner as if the proposed municipality were situated wholly\n\nwithin the county where the petition is presented.
