Stat. tit. 11, § 11-21-115","heading":"Inclusion of territory in public records or notices –","body":"Presumption of validity.\n\nIn the event any territory has been included within public\n\nrecords or public notices describing the corporate boundaries of a\n\nmunicipality for purposes of an election or ad valorem tax\n\nassessment of the municipality for five (5) consecutive years, there\n\nshall be a rebuttable presumption that the territory is situated\n\nwithin the municipality.
