Stat. tit. 11, § 11-22-101.1","heading":"Political activities by municipal employees -","body":"Restrictions.\n\nMunicipal employees may attend and express their views at city\n\ncouncil meetings, or any other public meetings of municipal\n\nentities.\n\nAny municipal employee may actively participate in partisan and\n\nnonpartisan political activities. Provided, the political activity\n\nin which the employee participates shall be exercised only during\n\noff-duty hours and while not in uniform.
