Stat. tit. 11, § 11-22-113","heading":"Fire hazards and building location restrictions","body":"The municipal governing body may regulate the construction or\n\nsuppression, and cleaning of any apparatus, fixtures, or equipment\n\nused in any building, manufactory, or business which may cause or\n\npromote fires, may prescribe limits within which dangerous or\n\nhazardous businesses may be carried on, and may adopt fire\n\nprevention codes and regulations.
