Stat. tit. 11, § 11-22-119","heading":"Regulation of railway and freight operations within","body":"municipal limits.\n\nThe municipal governing body may regulate levees, depots, depot\n\ngrounds, and places of storing freight and goods, and provide for\n\nthe passage of railways through the streets and public grounds of\n\nthe municipality.
