Stat. tit. 11, § 11-22-133","heading":"Contesting reasonableness of oil and gas drilling fee","body":"Any person, firm or corporation may contest the reasonableness\n\nof any fee imposed pursuant to the provisions of Section 52 of Title\n\n17 of the Oklahoma Statutes, for the issuance of a permit for the\n\ndrilling and operation of an oil and gas well or the regulation\n\nthereof, by filing a petition in the district court of the county\n\nwhere the governing body of such incorporated city or town is\n\nlocated. The court, upon hearing all the facts and circumstances\n\nrelating to the imposition of the fee, shall determine the\n\nreasonableness of such fee.
