Stat. tit. 11, § 11-22-159","heading":"Municipal support of public school systems","body":"Municipalities may support any public school system located in\n\nwhole or in part within the corporate limits of the municipality or\n\nany public school system located outside and completely surrounded\n\nby the corporate limits of the municipality, including without\n\nlimitation by the expenditure of municipal revenues for construction\n\nor improvement of public school facilities.
