Stat. tit. 11, § 11-22-162","heading":"Definitions","body":"For the purposes of this act:\n\n1. \"Racing event\" means a motor vehicle race which is\n\nsanctioned by a nationally or internationally recognized racing\n\norganization and includes the preparations, practices, and\n\nqualifications for the race;\n\n2. “Municipality” means any municipality in this state with a\n\npopulation exceeding three hundred thousand (300,000) according to\n\nthe most recent Federal Decennial Census;\n\n3. “Public trust” means a public trust created pursuant to\n\nSection 176 et seq. of Title 60 of the Oklahoma Statutes whose sole\n\nbeneficiary is the municipality;\n\n4. “Racing event area” means all public areas, including,\n\nwithout limitation, public highways, streets, alleys, sidewalks,\n\npublic parking areas, lots, garages, public buildings, and public\n\nparks within the jurisdiction of the municipality that are the\n\nsubject of any issued permit; and\n\n5. “Motor vehicle” means a motorized vehicle designed to be\n\ndriven on pavement such as streets or highways.","path":["OK Code","Title 11"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os11.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"1b6a781f554311b7e87ac408254945d827d0ffeb21a5a39ca05c2e16643bd137","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-11-11-22-161","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-11-11-22-163"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
