Stat. tit. 11, § 11-23-103","heading":"Cost of litigation when municipality defends municipal","body":"employee.\n\nThe cost of litigation in any case for which representation is\n\nprovided pursuant to Sections 23-101 and 23-102 of this title shall\n\nbe paid by the municipality.
