It is hereby found, determined, and declared\n\nthat the creation of the Authority and the carrying out of its\n\ncorporate purposes are in all respects for the benefit of the people\n\nof this state and that the Authority is an institution of purely\n\npublic charity performing an essential governmental function and all\n\nproperty of said Authority (including the Authority's interest in\n\nany property held jointly with any other person) is hereby declared\n\nand shall in all respects be considered to be public property and\n\ntitle to such property shall be held by the Authority only for the\n\nbenefit of the public and the use of such property pursuant to the\n\nterms of this act shall be and is hereby declared to be for\n\nessential public and governmental purposes, that is, for the\n\npromotion of public general welfare in the matter of providing an\n\nadequate, dependable and economic electric power supply in an effort\n\nto better the general condition of the residents of the State of\n\nOklahoma, and all of the property of and income, obligations and\n\ninterest on all the bonds and notes of the Authority and the\n\ntransfer thereof shall be and hereby are declared to be nontaxable\n\nfor any and all purposes by the State of Oklahoma or any of its\n\npolitical subdivisions.","path":["OK Code","Title 11"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os11.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"1a960f4c58ccc976d0a6432fee5b5f99bb460fc365180cbc292abe0b0130cd1c","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-11-11-24-105","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-11-11-24-107"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
