The bonds herein authorized are hereby made\n\nsecurities in which all public officers and bodies of this state and\n\nall political subdivisions, all insurance companies and\n\nassociations, and other persons carrying on an insurance business,\n\nall banks, bankers, trust companies, savings banks and savings\n\nassociations, including savings and loan associations, building and\n\nloan associations, investment companies and other persons carrying\n\non a banking business, all administrators, guardians, executors,\n\ntrustees and other fiduciaries and all other persons whatsoever who\n\nare now or may hereafter be authorized to invest in bonds or other\n\nobligations of the state may properly and legally invest funds\n\nincluding capital in their control or belonging to them.
