While any of the bonds issued by the\n\nAuthority shall remain outstanding or while the Authority has any\n\nundischarged duties or obligations under any contract or agreement,\n\nincluding obligations to any joint owner of any project, the powers,\n\nduties or existence of the Authority or of its officers, employees\n\nor agents shall not be diminished, impaired or affected in any\n\nmanner which will affect adversely the interest and right of the\n\nowners of such bonds or the persons to whom such duties or\n\nobligations are owed under such contracts or agreements. The\n\nprovisions of this act shall be for the benefit of the state, the\n\nAuthority, every owner of the Authority's bonds and every other\n\nperson to whom the Authority owes a duty or is obligated by contract\n\nor agreement and, upon and after the issuance of bonds under the\n\nprovisions of this act, shall constitute an irrevocable contract by\n\nthe state with the owners of such bonds and the other persons to\n\nwhom the Authority owes a duty or is obligated by such contracts or\n\nagreements.","path":["OK Code","Title 11"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os11.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"2fe2a38c48abfabb032900aeb909a00e3dd343570a2311baf47293c01c67826c","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-11-11-24-118","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-11-11-24-121"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
