Stat. tit. 11, § 11-26-106","heading":"Board of cemetery trustees - Appointment and creation","body":"Where a cemetery is owned by a municipality, the governing body\n\nmay provide by ordinance for the creation and appointment of a board\n\nof cemetery trustees. The board of cemetery trustees shall consist\n\nof three (3) members.
