Any municipality which owns a cemetery, or any board of\n\ncemetery trustees of a cemetery owned by an association incorporated\n\nfor cemetery purposes under the laws of Oklahoma, shall have a lien\n\non any unused lot when a written contract provides for upkeep\n\npayments on such lot and the upkeep payments have been unpaid for a\n\ncontinuous period of five (5) years. Where more than one lot has\n\nbeen purchased in a group of lots, and at least one of the lots has\n\nbeen used in that group of lots, the provisions of this section\n\nshall not apply.\n\nB. After filing the lien with the clerk of the district court\n\nin the county in which the cemetery lot is situated, the lien may be\n\nenforced by civil action.
