Stat. tit. 11, § 11-26-201","heading":"Trusts for special care of specified lots - Perpetual","body":"care fund - Use.\n\nDonations, deposits or bequests may be made in trust for the\n\nspecial care of specified lots, monuments or mausoleums in any\n\ncemetery. These funds shall be segregated and set aside as a\n\npermanent fund to be known as the \"Perpetual Care Fund\". A separate\n\naccount shall be kept of each amount so deposited, donated and\n\nbequeathed for special care of specified lots.
