Stat. tit. 11, § 11-26-203","heading":"Perpetual care fund receipts - Cemetery records","body":"Every trustee of a perpetual care fund shall execute and deliver\n\nto the donor a receipt showing the amount of money received, and the\n\nuse to be made of the net proceeds from the money. The receipts\n\nshall be attested by the clerk of the court granting letters of\n\ntrusteeship and a copy thereof shall be signed by the trustees of\n\nthe cemetery board.
