The clerk of each municipal court shall give bond to the\n\ngoverning body of the municipality where the court is established.\n\nThe bond shall be approved by the governing body and shall be in an\n\namount to be fixed by the governing body. The bond shall be in\n\nsubstance as follows:\n\nI, ___________, clerk of the Municipal Court of\n\n___________, State of Oklahoma, and ___________ and ___________, his\n\nsureties, do jointly and severally agree to pay on demand each and\n\nevery person who may be entitled thereto, all such sums of money as\n\nthe said clerk may become liable to pay, on account of any moneys\n\nwhich may come into his hands, by virtue of his office.\n\nDated at ___________, this _____ day of ______, 19__.\n\n_________________________\n\n(Signed)\n\nB. The municipal governing body may provide that the judge, the\n\nalternate judge, and an acting judge, or any of them, shall give a\n\nbond to the governing body of the municipality where the court is\n\nestablished. If a bond is required, it shall be in an amount to be\n\nfixed by the governing body.
