Stat. tit. 11, § 11-27-112","heading":"Fees, fines and forfeitures - Dispositions","body":"All of the fees, fines and forfeitures which come into the\n\nmunicipal court shall be paid by the clerk of the court to the\n\nmunicipal treasurer. The treasurer shall credit such deposits to\n\nthe fund designated by the municipal governing body. The court\n\nclerk shall make a receipt for the fees, fines and forfeitures\n\ncollected which shall be retained by the municipality together with\n\na detailed statement of all costs, the style of the case in which\n\nthey were paid, and the name of the defendant.
