Stat. tit. 11, § 11-27-123","heading":"Suspension of judgment or costs - Reconfinement","body":"Whenever any person shall be convicted in the municipal court of\n\nviolating a municipal ordinance, the judge trying the cause, after\n\nsentence, may suspend the judgment or costs or both and allow the\n\nperson so convicted to be released upon his own recognizance. Any\n\nperson so released shall be required to report at such times and to\n\nsuch person or officer as the judge shall direct. The judge may\n\ncause a warrant to be issued for any person so released if it shall\n\nbe made to appear to the judge that such person:\n\n1. Has been guilty of the violation of any law after his\n\nrelease;\n\n2. Is habitually associating with lewd or vicious persons; or\n\n3.
