Stat. tit. 11, § 11-27-126","heading":"Costs and fees","body":"Except as provided in Section 14-111 of this title and subject\n\nto other limitations or exceptions imposed by law, the municipal\n\ngoverning body shall determine by ordinance the court costs and fees\n\nthat may be charged and collected by the clerk of the court. Court\n\ncosts shall not exceed the sum of Thirty Dollars ($30.00) plus the\n\nfees and mileage of jurors and witnesses.
