Stat. tit. 11, § 11-28-112","heading":"Determination of need for public defense - Appeals","body":"The judges of the municipal criminal court of record shall hold\n\nsuch hearing as they deem necessary to determine if an individual is\n\nan indigent and entitled to representation at public expense.
