Upon written request of the presiding judge of the municipal\n\ncriminal court of record for a stated number of jurors to the\n\npresiding judge of the appropriate district court, it shall be the\n\nduty of the clerk of the district court to draw from the jury wheel\n\nthe requested number of jurors in the same manner as is provided by\n\nthe law for the district court, and to prepare a list of the names\n\ndrawn and certify such list to the judge of the municipal criminal\n\ncourt of record. Upon receipt of such jury list by the judge of\n\nsaid court, the same shall be filed in the records of the court and\n\nthe judge or clerk shall thereupon write the name of each person\n\nupon such list upon a separate slip of paper of uniform size and\n\ncolor and place the same in a box in the same manner as required by\n\nlaw in the preparation of jury boxes in the district court; except\n\nthat the box wherein the names of jurors of the court shall be kept\n\nshall be locked with two (2) keys, one of which shall be retained\n\nand kept by the judge of the municipal court and the other by the\n\nchief of police of the city.\n\nB.
