Stat. tit. 11, § 11-28-125","heading":"Costs","body":"When a person is convicted of a violation of any ordinance of\n\nthe city, the cost of prosecution shall be taxed against such person\n\nas a part of the penalty and said penalty shall be enforced as\n\nprovided in this article.
