Prior to appointing a paid member of a municipal fire\n\ndepartment, each department may conduct a national criminal history\n\nrecords check, as defined by Section 150.9 of Title 74 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes.\n\nB. Each applicant, upon request, shall furnish the department\n\nwith two completed fingerprint cards and a money order or a\n\ncashier’s check made payable to the Oklahoma State Bureau of\n\nInvestigation for the fee for a national fingerprint criminal\n\nhistory records check.
