Provide protection from fire for all persons and property\n\nwithin its boundaries;\n\n2. Contract to give or receive such protection to or from one\n\nor more municipalities or private organizations;\n\n3. Provide fire protection jointly with one or more\n\nmunicipalities or private organizations;\n\n4. Contribute toward the support of any fire department in\n\nreturn for fire protection service;\n\n5. Create fire protection districts within the limits of the\n\nmunicipality encompassing areas served by fire protection services;\n\nor\n\n6.
