Stat. tit. 11, § 11-29-115","heading":"Publication of income or loss statement and balance","body":"sheet.\n\nEvery private entity, organization, corporation or company\n\nproviding fire protection services to a municipality shall, within\n\nninety (90) days after the end of its fiscal year, publish one\n\ninsertion in a legal newspaper that services that municipality.\n\nSuch insertion shall be a statement of income or loss and a balance\n\nsheet that relates only to the fire protection services being\n\nprovided to the municipality.
