A public safety protection district shall include all\n\nterritory located within the municipality.\n\nB. Management of the public safety protection district, as well\n\nas management of any employee hired from district funds, shall be\n\nvested within the existing administration of the municipal\n\ngovernment that created the district.\n\nC.
