Stat. tit. 11, § 11-29-203","heading":"Size of volunteer department","body":"Any municipality having a volunteer fire department shall limit\n\nby ordinance the size of the volunteer fire department to not less\n\nthan twelve nor more than twenty-five members for municipalities\n\nwith a population of more than one thousand five hundred (1,500); or\n\nnot less than eight or more than twenty-five members for\n\nmunicipalities with a population of eight hundred (800) to one\n\nthousand five hundred (1,500); or not less than six or more than\n\ntwenty-five members for municipalities with a population of less\n\nthan eight hundred (800).
