Stat. tit. 11, § 11-30-107","heading":"Donations","body":"Any person desiring to make donations of money, personal or real\n\nproperty for the benefit of the municipal hospital, or for the\n\nestablishment, maintenance or endowment of the hospital, shall have\n\nthe right to vest the title to such money or property in the\n\nmunicipality, to be held and controlled by the municipality, when\n\naccepted, according to the terms of the donation.
