Stat. tit. 11, § 11-30-109","heading":"Annual report of board of control","body":"The board of control shall make, on or before the thirty-first\n\nday of July in each year, an annual report to the municipal\n\ngoverning body stating:\n\n1. The condition of its trust on the thirtieth day of June of\n\nthat year;\n\n2. The various sums of money and property received, and how\n\nsuch moneys have been expended and for what purposes;\n\n3. The financial condition of the hospital;\n\n4. The budget for the hospital for the next fiscal year;\n\n5. The number of its physicians, attendants, nurses and\n\nemployees; and\n\n6.
