Stat. tit. 11, § 11-31-107","heading":"Donations","body":"Any person desiring to make donations of money, personal or real\n\nproperty for the benefit of the municipal library shall have the\n\nright to vest the title to such money or property in the\n\nmunicipality, to be held and controlled by the municipality, when\n\naccepted, according to the terms of the donation.
