Stat. tit. 11, § 11-31-108","heading":"Annual report of board","body":"The library board shall make, on or before the thirty-first day\n\nof July in each year, an annual report to the municipal governing\n\nbody stating:\n\n1. The condition of its trust on the thirtieth day of June of\n\nthat year;\n\n2. The various sums of money and property received from the\n\nlibrary fund and other sources, and how such moneys have been\n\nexpended and for what purposes;\n\n3. The budget for the library for the next fiscal year;\n\n4. Statistics on the general character and number of books and\n\nperiodicals which:\n\na. are on hand;\n\nb. are lost or missing;\n\nc. have been added by purchase, gift or otherwise\n\nduring the year; and\n\nd. have been loaned out during the year;\n\n5. The number of persons making use of the library during the\n\nyear; and\n\n6.
