Stat. tit. 11, § 11-32-103","heading":"Acquiring land for parking stations - Title","body":"A municipal governing body, in its discretion, may acquire, by\n\npurchase, gift or condemnation, lands for public parking stations\n\nfor the control of traffic within the corporate limits of the\n\nmunicipality. In acquiring lands for public parking stations by\n\ncondemnation, the provisions of state law relating to the exercise\n\nof eminent domain by railroads shall be followed.
