Stat. tit. 11, § 11-32-106","heading":"Surveys and plans of proposed parking stations","body":"Before establishing an improvement district for parking\n\nstations, the governing body may conduct a survey and investigation\n\nfor the purpose of determining:\n\n1. Suitable locations for parking stations;\n\n2. The approximate cost of acquiring and improving the land\n\ntherefor;\n\n3. The area to be included in the improvement district or\n\ndistricts; or\n\n4. The percentage of the costs of acquiring and improving such\n\nparking stations which shall be paid by the municipality and the\n\nproperty owners within the district.\n\nA written report on such survey and investigation shall be filed in\n\nthe office of the municipal clerk. For the purpose of the survey\n\nand investigation, the governing body may employ appraisers,\n\nengineers, and other persons as it may deem necessary.
