Stat. tit. 11, § 11-32-108","heading":"Resolution authorizing improvement - Notice","body":"The governing body may, by a majority vote of its entire\n\nmembership, adopt a resolution authorizing the parking station\n\nimprovement at any time within six (6) months after the final\n\nadjournment of the hearing on the advisability of making the\n\nimprovement. Notice of the resolution shall be published in at\n\nleast two (2) issues of a newspaper of general circulation in the\n\nmunicipality.
