Stat. tit. 11, § 11-32-115","heading":"Cost of maintaining or operating parking stations -","body":"Charges.\n\nAfter any parking stations are acquired and improved by the\n\nmunicipality, the cost of maintaining, operating and policing the\n\nsame shall be borne by the municipality. The use of the parking\n\nstations may be free or for such charge or charges as shall be\n\ndetermined by the governing body, to be collected either by parking\n\nmeters, by attendants, or otherwise.
